Students are expected to bring their math textbook, math journal, planner, notebook paper, and pencil with eraser to class each day. Pen may be used to take notes in math journals, but all homework and tests must be completed in pencil.
This page will be updated on a weekly basis so you can access the homework assignments. This way if you are absent, you can still stay on top of what we are doing in class so you won't fall behind. For each day you are absent, you will get an extra day to complete and turn in make-up work. It is vital that you stay on top of your assignments. Many times, content builds on previous work in a chapter, so if you miss one or two days, it is easy for things to snowball and you end up further behind. Let's not let this happen! If there are any extenuating circumstances for an assignment not completed on time, I would ask that a parent contact me with a note, email or phone call. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unless otherwise noted, all homework assignments are due the following day.
