Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

Arrival Procedures:
Doors open for arrival at 7:30 am.
Please drive slowly and safely at all times on campus.
Cell phone use is prohibited while driving.
Always enter from Bonnie Brae and exit onto Windsor.
Pre-K will drop off and pick up at the East door per their instructions. If you have a pre-k student and a student in another grade, you will need to drop off or pick up your pre-k student and then join the car line for other grades.
If you are picking up or dropping off at the north entrance, stay to the left until you have passed the west entrance.
Dismissal Procedures:
Guardians or those authorized on the school emergency card to pick up students must bring a valid picture ID.
We will match up siblings from grades 3-8 with siblings from K-2 on the north side to make dismissal more efficient.
PreK dismissal - 2:50 p.m. at the east entrance 100 wing. Prek students must be walked in and out by an adult each day. Pre-K will drop off and pick up at the East door per their instructions.K-8 dismissal - 3:15 pm to 3:25 pm
K-8 parents must pick up their child in carline using car hangtags with the family name as follows
NORTH CAR LINE (PORTABLE SIDE/Outer Line) - KINDERGARTEN, 1st, and 2nd Grade
(WITH ANY SIBLINGS OF STUDENTS IN older grades)
WEST CAR LINE (LIBRARY SIDE/Inner Line) - GRADES 3-8
*** If you are carpooling with a family who has a student in Kindergarten, 1st, or 2nd grade, please notify the office so that we can match your student to the correct car line.***
