Some ideas to encourage your children to keep learning during their extra weeks at home:
Watch Sunday and daily Mass on EWTN. They also have children's programs in the afternoon.
You can also watch your parish's Mass online.
Pray a family Rosary.
Take family walks in between rain showers and collect rocks to paint. Play I Spy on your walk.
Leave fun messages with sidewalk chalk.
Read to your child and have them read to you.
Practice reading, writing and spelling sight words.
Practice writing letters, numbers, and family members' names.
Play board games and card games like Rummy and Uno.
Build with blocks, Legos, K'nex or Lincoln Logs.
Complete puzzles.
Build blanket forts, then crawl in and read books with a flashlight.
Practice tying shoes.

Draw pictures or write letters and mail them to friends, family members, or residents of nursing homes.
