At home, please make every effort to help your string student find a quiet place to play their instrument and safely leave their equipment. Parents, please let me appoint you as a Practice Associate. For the most part, your assignment is to encourage daily playing at home and to find ways to praise your child's efforts. The Parent--Student--Teacher triangle makes a strong bond in forming the young musician.
