Additional Fees :
Promotion Fee for Eighth Grade:  $50.00 per student  
Sports Fee:  $75 per child who participates.
Volunteer Fee:  $350 or 35 service hours per family (10 hours may be in service to ICC or St. Mark churches.)
Yearbook Fee:  $30 per family.
Technology Fee (5th-8th): $50 per student

Discounts for multiple students:  $500 for 2 ^nd child, $1100 for 3 ^rd child, $1800 for 4 ^th child, and $3700 for 5 ^th child.

**Tuition rates and fees are set and are usually announced by Advisory Council at the time of registration.  Tuition & fees include a $200 building fee and an activity fee of $220 PK-5 ^th and $325 6 ^th -8 ^th.  Included in 6 ^th-8 ^th grade tuition and fees is a $10 charge for a flash drive and lanyard.
There are no multiple children discounts for 2 and 3 day Pre-K and NC students. 
These fees are subject to change.  Pre-K child-care credit should apply on income tax.
 

TUITION AND REFUND POLICY: Tuition with fees is due in full on August 1 or through a 10-month payout to FACTS Tuition Management Program.  There is no interest fee charged, but a fee of $75/child, payable to ICCS, is due with the application.  FACTS Tuition Management charges a $41 per family, which is debited from your account.  Payments are made directly to FACTS July through April using a bank draft. All families using the FACTS payment plan must register on-line.  Visit our website at www.catholicschooldenton.org and look for the “eCashier” logo. It is the responsibility of the parents to notify the school administration of temporary financial difficulties. Amount of non-refundable tuition that must accompany this form per child is:  $300, plus the non-refundable New Student fee of $250.  FACTS fees payable to ICCS are due at the time of registration All fees are non-refundable, and t uition will not be refunded unless relocating out of the DFW area.  If refunded, a 10% withdrawal fee will apply.
