Tuition Assistance

ICCS encourages all families to apply for tuition assistance. All aid awarded is credited toward tuition totals and does not need to be repaid.
Tuition assistance is awarded on the parents' financial need as determined by FACTS and reviewed by a financial aid committee. All information is confidential. Tuition assistancedecisions are made on a year to year basis. There is no guarantee that a student receiving tuition assistance in one year will be offered tuition assistance at a comparable level in any subsequent year.
Tuition assistance must be applied for each school year. In order to be considered for assisstance, parents need to submit 2022 or 2023 tax returns and W-2s. The tuition assistance application due date is April 1, 2024.
Documents need to be uploaded by this date in order for FACTS to have adequate time to verify your documents and update your application status to complete. Incomplete applications will not be considered for assistance. Tuitionassistance notification/denials will be emailed. Applications received after the deadline may still be eligible for aid but the amount is reduced. Please contact the office with any questions. Thank you!
The FACTS Grand & Aid application opens for the following school at the same time as registration (Catholic School's Week in January).Financial aid will not be awarded to families unless all accounts are in good standing. In order to maintain need-based tuition assistance, families must make tuition payments on time and reapply for financial aid within the FACTS Grant & Aid system each year.
